Groundwork started at Grandview Mews in Monroe

Groundwork has begun at the newest townhome development in Monroe Township! Located on Grandview Ave off the Black Horse Pike and Main St, the 75 townhome development, Grandview Mews at Monroe by Don Paparone has started ground work with Phase 1.  Construction should begin within the next few weeks as the first two buildings become available for purchase. Townhomes are two story and will feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Each home will come with a 1 car garage, basement and second story laundry.
